Providhi Solutions Private Limited is a growing name in the manufacturing and fabrication of high-quality food, dairy, and commercial kitchen machinery. We focus on precision engineering and durable fabrication to deliver the best-performing machines to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our production team who can assemble machine parts, sheet metal cabinets, and MS structures with accuracy and skill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble sheet metal cabinets, MS structures, frames, and sub-assemblies for machines used in the dairy and commercial kitchen industry.
• Fit, align, and bolt/weld components as per engineering drawings or supervisor’s instructions.
• Work with mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical fittings during assembly.
• Perform finishing, grinding, drilling, tapping, and other fitting operations as needed.
• Ensure all assemblies meet required dimensional accuracy and alignment standards.
• Assist the fabrication and welding team during machine setup and final inspection.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the assembly area.
• Report issues or design mismatches to the supervisor or design team for correction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Mechanical Fitter or Machine Assembler in fabrication or machinery manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with tools like grinders, drills, spanners, and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of MS and SS fabrication assembly processes.
• Understanding of machine alignment and fitting techniques.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in food, dairy, or commercial kitchen equipment assembly.

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
