*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and representing our practice in a professional manner.
*Duties*
- Greet patients upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle initial insurance paperwork upon check to include insurance verification
- Assist with scheduling appointments, check-outs, and payment processing
- Operate phone systems and manage appointments effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Strong communication skills with a focus on healthcare
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
