What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and organize patient medical and dental records
• Scan documents into our electronic health record system (eClinicalWorks)
• Process medical records requests from patients, providers, and third parties
• Update preventive care alerts and notify team members of patient follow-ups
• Assist with mail distribution and communication between departments
• Protect patient privacy and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Support clinic efforts to meet quality care goals and patient-centered care standards

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of confidentiality
• Proficient with computers; typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Experience with electronic health records preferred (eCW a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
