Job Description:
We are seeking a Medical Records Clerk to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient records, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality. This role involves organizing, retrieving, and updating medical documents in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday

- Maintain and organize patient medical records
- Process record requests and ensure timely documentation updates
- Ensure compliance with privacy laws (HIPAA)

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
