- Record Management:Organizing, storing, and retrieving patient records, both physical and electronic.
- Data Entry and Accuracy:Accurately entering and updating patient information into electronic health record systems (EHRs).
- Compliance:Ensuring adherence to medical record regulations and privacy policies, including HIPAA.
- Data Analysis:Analyzing medical data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in patient care.
- Record Requests:Facilitating the release of medical records to authorized individuals and organizations.
- Quality Assurance:Participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records.
- Staff Supervision:In some roles, overseeing and managing a team of medical records clerks or technicians.
- Training and Development:Providing training and professional development opportunities for staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,034.06 - ₹28,695.35 per month
