Job Overview
We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Medical Scheduler to join our dynamic Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team. If you’re passionate about patient care, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a talent for keeping schedules running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, as we proudly serve a diverse patient community.
Position Details:
- Location: Greenville, SC
- Schedule: Full-time
- Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Manage provider calendars to ensure optimal workflow
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with authorizations
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
- Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and support staff
- Provide professional and courteous customer service, in person and over the phone
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of medical scheduling experience (PM&R preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with EMR systems and familiarity with medical terminology
- Dependable, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.88 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
