Microsoft 365 Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing organization's Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong emphasis on IAM automation, endpoint management and data management.

Beyond core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to broaden your technical expertise by supporting marketplace’s mission critical trading and clearing systems, assisting clients, and managing IT projects and vendors.

This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing hands-on experience in IT service management, information security, institutional client support, and process streamlining.

Core Responsibilities:

• IAM Strategy: Designed identity policies, frameworks including conditional access, non-human identity standards. Established Infra-as-code for IAM configuration
• Endpoint Management: Design, implement, and manage endpoint management solutions using Microsoft 365 tools. Ensure all endpoints are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational policies.
• Compliance Management: Develop and enforce compliance and InfoSec policies to ensure regulatory alignment. Monitor and report on compliance status, addressing any non-compliance issues.
• Information Security Management: Design and implement security measures to protect organizational data and systems. Monitor security alerts and incidents, responding swiftly to mitigate risks.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Provide technical support to clients during onboarding and system integration. Manage relationships with key system providers and service providers.
• Technical Operations: Gain knowledge of the organization's trading and clearing systems to support peers in overseeing the technical operation of critical marketplace systems.
• Process Streamlining: Develop in-house services with an aim to optimize operational workflows and automating processes.
• Vendor Management: Handle the assessment and management of IT solution vendors, including vendor onboarding, offboarding, and periodic reviews.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
• Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for Identity and Access Management (IAM) configuration using Terraform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, MS Defender, MS Purview and other Microsoft 365 services. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and information security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge or experience in financial services, trading, or clearing houses is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for learning will also be considered.
