Concise Custom Metal Works Inc. is looking for one team lead with welding/fabrication and installation experience with a keen eye for detail and extensive experience in miscellaneous metal fabrication and installation.

Our shop is located 20 minutes north of Bolton, with installation sites across the GTA and surrounding areas. Candidates must be flexible with both schedule and location, as work includes shop fabrication and on-site installations.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, and installation.
• Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish.
• Must be prepared to challenge the CWB SMAW all-position test upon hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site measuring and material handling.
• Preparing tools and materials for job sites.
• Fitting, welding, and in-shop fabrication.
• Structural welding and installation of architectural metals.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and project requirements.
• Light polishing and finishing work.
• Collaborating effectively with team members.

Types of Fabrication & Installation:

• Staircases, railings, and light structural steel.
• Joist reinforcement and RTU structural framing.
• Structural operable wall framing.
• Elevator lobby cladding and other architectural metals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00-$45.00 per hour
