Job Summary
We are seeking a Motion Graphics & Social Media Designer to create dynamic, eye-catching posts, reels, and animated content that drive engagement and growth across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong design skills, a deep understanding of motion graphics and short-form video trends, and the ability to produce viral-worthy content that boosts followers, reach, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animated reels, and social media posts.
• Create content that drives engagement, reach, and follower growth across platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and trending audios to apply in creative work.
• Collaborate with the marketing/content team to align visuals with campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Optimize designs for different formats (Reels, Stories, Posts, Ads, Shorts, etc.).
• Deliver creative assets within tight deadlines while maintaining consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, and social media design (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Ability to create scroll-stopping animations and short-form videos.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content performance.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and color.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced digital trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,089.58 - ₹37,713.06 per month
