Main Duties and Responsibilities for both roles:
- Provide an excellent service to our customers in the politest possible way by having good hospitality standards (smile and greet guests appropriately, show interest, offer assistance and respond to guests needs and comfort).
- Respect the privacy of our hotel guests and respect their personal property at all times.
- Have a general knowledge of the Estate together with knowledge of the overall history of Castle Leslie Estate (We will provide you with this information)
- Deal with customer complaints in a diplomatic manner at all times and never argue. Seek the assistance of Management where appropriate.
- Assist Receptionists with welcoming and guest check-in’s and rooming
- Providing cover for Receptionists while on breaks / lunch when required.
- Assisting guests with luggage when required.
- Ensure that all entrance doors and emergency exists are shut and cleaned regularly.
- Assist with the clearing of any unwanted items from all front of house areas including rubbish, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery etc…
- To maintain fires and clean fireplaces at required times.
- Ensure that all reasonable care is taken for yourself, your colleagues, customers and any other persons on the premises.

€13.60 - €14.00 per hour
