We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team at Pizza Bar. The ideal candidate has experience hand-stretching dough, thrives in a high-volume kitchen, and has a deep love for creating delicious, high-quality pizzas. This full-time role offers $18.50/hour plus tips, health benefits, and a chance to be part of one of Miami Beach’s most iconic pizza spots.

Duties:

• Hand-stretch dough and prepare pizzas following our recipes and standards
• Cook pizzas to perfection using commercial ovens and kitchen equipment
• Keep all ingredients fresh, properly stored, and stations fully prepped
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure fast, smooth service
• Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as fryer or salad station
• Suggest seasonal pizza variations or improvements to the menu
• Track inventory levels and communicate restocking needs

Requirements:

• Must have proven experience hand-stretching pizza dough
• Kitchen or pizzeria experience required (high-volume preferred)
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and prep protocols
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and consistently
• Team player with good communication and time management skills
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
