We are a small, 8-bed Assisted Living home dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care. We are looking for 1 compassionate, part-time Nursing Assistants (NA/CNA) who want to connect deeply with residents and enjoy a slower, more meaningful work setting.

We are hiring for consistent block schedules, approximately 24+ hours per week:

Day Shift 7:00 am - 11:00 am Consistent morning hours

Day Shift 6:00 am - 2:00 pm Full morning/day shift including every other weekend

Core Responsibilities

As a key member of our small team, you will ensure the health and dignity of our residents by performing:

• Assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating).
• Monitoring and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP).
• Performing routine medication passes.
• Safe patient transfers and mobility assistance.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and positive resident environment.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

What We're Looking For

• Proven compassionate demeanor and commitment to senior care.
• Experience in a home care or nursing home setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of geriatrics and patient care practices is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform all necessary tasks.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
