Holistic Strength is a local Perth based multi-discipline allied health business, on a mission to provide the most holistic allied health services in WA. We do this by collaborating with other providers internally and externally, offering easily accessible allied health services in the community (people's homes, schools, local rec center's, local parks etc), thinking outside the box and drawing from our life experience to give tailored advice to each individual under our care. We are on the search for an experienced OT to join our team. We are looking for someone that enjoys having autonomy, admin support, low KPI’s if you want to cruise, bonuses for high performers. We are looking for someone who is able to cover across Perth. If you are a reliable, honest and friendly person with a great work ethic, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with AHPRA
• 1+ year experience in working with people that are living with a disability is preferred, but not essential.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Guide NDIS participants through therapies to improve their daily living skills.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to liaise with other practitioners and achieve high quality outcomes.
• Design strategic therapy plans for NDIS participants that parents, teachers or therapy assistants can follow and implement.
• Undertake Functional Capacity Assessments for people living with a disability and provide a detailed report with their living circumstance and recommended supports.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
