We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant and Associate Admin. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and office-related tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Courier Management:
- Register incoming and outgoing courier packages.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and delivery updates.
- Access Card & ID Card Coordination:
- Handle the printing and issuance of ID cards and access cards for employees.
- Maintain accurate records of distribution.
- Reception and Call Handling:
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.
- Provide professional and courteous responses to inquiries.
- Visitor Coordination:
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office protocols.
- Data Entry and Reporting:
- Enter and maintain data in Excel and other software tools.
- Generate reports as required.
- Office Support Tasks:
- Coordinate delivery and pickup tasks with office support staff.
- Monitor and ensure completion of delivery/pickup activities.
- Meeting Room Coordination:
- Manage meeting room bookings.
- Ensure rooms are prepared and equipped for meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
