Job Title: Office Administration Executive & HRJob Role Overview:

A highly organized and dedicated professional with 5 years of experience in Office Administration and Human Resource Management. Skilled in managing office operations, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and statutory compliance. Ensures smooth functioning of administrative systems while fostering a productive and positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle office correspondence, record keeping, and documentation.
  • Supervise housekeeping, procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and office asset management.

Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment process — from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee files, offer letters, and HR databases.
  • Handle payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations — PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Gratuity.
  • Support performance appraisals, employee engagement, and grievance redressal.
  • Draft HR letters, notices, and internal communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration / HR / Commerce.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Office Administration and HR functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Tally (for payroll coordination), and HR software.
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, P. Tax, and HR compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
