Job Title: Office Administration Executive & HRJob Role Overview:
A highly organized and dedicated professional with 5 years of experience in Office Administration and Human Resource Management. Skilled in managing office operations, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and statutory compliance. Ensures smooth functioning of administrative systems while fostering a productive and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure efficient operations.
- Handle office correspondence, record keeping, and documentation.
- Supervise housekeeping, procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and office asset management.
Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment process — from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee files, offer letters, and HR databases.
- Handle payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations — PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Gratuity.
- Support performance appraisals, employee engagement, and grievance redressal.
- Draft HR letters, notices, and internal communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration / HR / Commerce.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Office Administration and HR functions.
- Proficient in MS Office, Tally (for payroll coordination), and HR software.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, P. Tax, and HR compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities independently.

- Positive attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
