Job Description – Front Office Admin

Position: Front Office Administrator

Qualifications:

  • Any degree
  • Experience in front office or administrative role preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication & system skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming/outgoing calls professionally.
  • Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance, and general office records.
  • Handle incoming mails, courier coordination, and document filing.
  • Prepare basic reports, letters, and emails using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery inventory, and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Support HR and accounts teams with basic documentation when required.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in fluent English.
  • Manage appointments, follow-ups, and daily office activities efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Good English communication – verbal and written.
  • Strong computer/system knowledge including MS Office & email handling.
  • Professional attitude, good presentation, and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
