Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a full-time role.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Administrator with bookkeeping skills to join our team at Matthew Wall and Sons Ltd, a well-established Commercial construction and scaffolding company.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and clerical duties
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments
- Basic bookkeeping duties, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Liaising with suppliers and clients as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using accounting software (e.g. SAGE, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
