Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a full-time role.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Administrator with bookkeeping skills to join our team at Matthew Wall and Sons Ltd, a well-established Commercial construction and scaffolding company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and clerical duties
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments
  • Basic bookkeeping duties, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g. SAGE, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
