We are a growing and fast-moving truck parts business looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Office Administrator to become a key part of our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, communication, and being at the center of office coordination. If you take pride in keeping things organized, following up, supporting customers, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks — this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and customer payment follow-ups
- Handle warranty claims and documentation with suppliers and customers
- Answer and make customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service matters
- Assist customers in finding parts and coordinating with warehouse staff
- Walk-in customer support and order coordination
- Maintain organized office files, records, and daily reports
- Support general office administration and scheduling
- Communicate clearly with drivers, warehouse, and management

- Office or customer service experience preferred
