Job description
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Data Entry: Input and manage data accurately in databases and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Accounting Tasks: Utilize Tally for accounting and financial record-keeping.
- Office Management: Maintain office records, supplies, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Tele calling: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, communicate with customers, and respond to inquiries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tally
Key Responsibilities
1.Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
2.Data Entry: Input and manage data accurately in databases and spreadsheets.
3. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
4. Record-Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper record-keeping.
5. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance.
6. Office Management: Oversee office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
7. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, documents, and other materials as needed.
8._ Collaboration:_ Work with colleagues and teams to achieve office goals and objectives.
9. Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
10. Problem-Solving: Address office-related issues and provide solutions
Requirements:
- Plus Two , Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
