We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented person to help out around the office. The position will include many different aspects in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
- Process, fill and ship customer orders
- greet public and clients and help meet their needs with the assistance from other staff members
- coordinate courier service and shipment tasks
- Various data entry tasks
- maintain office filing and storage systems
- monitor and maintain office supplies
- keep office area clean and tidy
- Other tasks as deemed appropriate
Hours: 40 per week
