Job Title: Office Assistant – Night Shift
Location: Coimbatore
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift Only)
Work Days: 5 days a week with rotational week offs
Scope of Work / Responsibilities
- Ensure coffee and vending machines are working properly during the night (training will be provided).
- Assist the HR team with basic support tasks.
- Perform light housekeeping/office assistance tasks as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of pantry/coffee areas.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum education: [SSLC/HSC/Any Graduate as per your preference]
- Willingness to work in night shift.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly CTC: ₹12,000 (Take Home ~₹9,200/-)
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 per night shift
- Annual Loyalty Bonus (ALB): ₹12,000 (paid in the month of joining every year)
- Food provided during shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,960.33 - ₹12,791.20 per month
