Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team! Our managers:
conduct daily morning huddlescheck in patients and prepare treatment plans and financial estimates
post insurance and patient payments
collect copays and payments
oversee team of employees and provide coaching/training to team members
schedule patient appointments and create efficient schedules for doctors and hygienists
follow up on existing outstanding patient balances
run monthly reports
This position is full time Monday – Friday.

We are looking for someone with dental experience (preferred) and success in delegating tasks, performance management, leadership, and strong communication.
Physical Requirements
Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
