We’re a family business in the smoked fish industry, committed to quality, integrity, and great service. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team as an Office Administrator and Inside Sales Support.
What You’ll Do:
As our new team member, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing inside sales support and customer service
- Tracking and managing inventory levels
- Paying invoices and managing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Filing permits, renewals, and regulatory forms
- Assisting with scheduling, orders, and logistics
- Organizing records and maintaining databases
- Supporting various admin and office duties as needed
- Contributing ideas and insight to assist with business decisions and process improvements

Qualifications:
- Experience in an office setting is valuable but not required for the right candidate
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other computer programs
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory, or sales is an asset
- Valid driver’s license may be helpful for occasional errands

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
