20 year old multi-disciplinary clinic on Yonge St. (in south Aurora) looking for a full time (Monday- Friday) Office Manager to start ASAP . We have 1 chiropractor, 4 RMT's and 1 Naturopath.
Ideally, we would like to hire a new university or college grad, or someone on a gap year, but all applicants are welcome. Past office managers that were new grads have used this position as a springboard to bigger and better things including: Medical School, Chiropractic College and the York Regional Police! We would also be interested in someone with previous previous medical/health office managerial experience.
Training will be provided. We are a fun and relaxed, yet professional work environment
We are looking for a highly organized "people person" who can run the office and make patients feel welcome. Candidates must also be detail oriented as they will be keeping 5+ healthcare providers organized at one time. We are also looking for a local hire (York region).
Pay is an hourly rate that will increase if the hire is able to show their value to the clinic.
General Hours area as follows:
Monday - 8:00 am-noon & 2:15pm-7pm
Tuesday - 8:45am-noon & 1pm-6pm
Wednesday - 8:15am-noon & 2:15pm-6:30pm
Thursday - 8:15am-noon & 2:15pm-6:30pm
Friday - 8:45am-noon & 1pm-4:30pm
*We are also looking for a local hire (York region)*
Main tasks:
Vacuuming and cleaning office
Patient correspondence
Booking appointments
Cashing out patients and associated bookkeeping
Monitoring emails and voicemail
Greeting patients
Keeping staff organized and abreast to changes in their schedules
Needs:

Computer skills
