Our ideal candidate will be an administrative professional with at 2+ years of experience in a customer-driven office environment. We are looking for a new team member to help with the following job responsibilities:
Maintaining office operations by assisting outside sales staff
-Proprietary data entry and file maintenance for customer job tracking/scheduling
-Assisting customers in-person with questions/answers on our products
-Assisting walk-in customers as needed
- Works closely with Vendors, And contactors
- Programs used Quickbooks
-Maintain
Duties:
*Learn extensively about products and services offered in order to assist office manager with various admin duties
*Maintain customer files
*Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
- *Serves customers by backing-up sales person; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
*Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications:
Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills.
Estimating knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of Granite, Quartz and Marble a plus.

Hours for this job are M-F 8AM-5PM and every Saturday from 8AM-12pm
