Job Title: Operations & Sales Executive

Friendzo is a growing coliving brand providing hassle-free, fully furnished rental accommodations with zero brokerage and modern amenities. We are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

Operations

• Manage day-to-day property operations (tenant queries, maintenance coordination, vendor follow-ups).
• Ensure smooth move-in and move-out processes.
• Track rent collections, deposits, and agreements.
• Monitor housekeeping, security, and overall tenant satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, revenue, and expenses.

Sales

• Drive tenant acquisition through calls, visits, and local partnerships.
• Conduct property tours and explain amenities to potential tenants.
• Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads (social media, website, walk-ins, brokers).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Management or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Operations/Sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a “get-things-done” attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
