Must be living in the area of Amsterdam, Almere, Haarlem, Zaandam or Purmerend.

Our beans are traceable to the farm and poured by us in your cup or freshly delivered at home through your mailbox. We are a no-nonsense, ambitious start-up with a profound mission: impacting the world with exciting coffee.

We are building the new coffee brand of the 21st century with a team of like-minded innovators and investors from all over the world.

Your role:

We’re looking for a get your hands dirty Operations Assistant, who is not afraid to operate machines.
You will be part of a talented, multicultural Operations & Customer Service team, so you will help in our distribution center with coffee production, order picking and packing. No specific experience is required, besides the wish to learn, work hard, and have fun with the team in our distribution center which is just 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal by public transport.

Responsibilities:

  • Help in our distribution center with coffee production by grinding and packing coffee and order picking for our 13 coffee bars.

  • Develope best practices and improve the operations processes on daily base.

  • Be the team player everyone wants to work with and have fun while doing it :)


Requirements:

  • Preferably be available Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday

  • High school education

  • Basic understanding of either Dutch or English

  • Experience with Operations is a plus

  • A passion for coffee is a plus

  • Living in the area of Amsterdam, Almere, Zaandam, en Purmerend.
