Job Responsibilities:
· Ensuring detailed records and maintaining up-to-date inventory of what’s available on-line
· Transportation scheduling
· Helps with hazardous shipping paperwork for orders
· Documentation / record keeping
· Update lot numbers
· Stock / inventory tracking
· Order processing, including contacting customers when needed
· Printing orders, labels, invoices
· Assisting with general admin duties including answering phones, emails, paperwork, filing, etc.
· Math, reading, and writing skills
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
· Multi-tasker, detail-oriented, work with fixed timelines, good written and verbal communication skills
· Teamwork, problem-solving, accurate and organized
· Supports and reports to the Operations Manager
· Follows all GMP’s, safety procedures and protocols
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· MUST have hazardous shipping experience
· Knowledge of Regulatory Documents
· Knowledge of shipping platforms (FedEx, USPS)
· Great computer skills in Word and Excel
· Work in an environment with some exposure to odors and chemicals
· Proactive, efficient, accurate and organized
· Attention to detail
· Team worker and ability to work independently
· Multi-tasker
· Great math, reading, writing skills
· Must be able to work without limitations and restrictions
· High school diploma required
Position reports directly to the Operations Manager
Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
