The Opportunity

BuildCam is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations behind our growing national field team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our installations, stock movement, reporting, and operational processes run smoothly behind the scenes.


This is a fast-paced support role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys solving problems, and can keep multiple moving parts on track at once. You’ll work closely with our Scheduling team, field teams, branches, and leadership group to remove operational roadblocks and ensure the wider team can operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of BuildCam field operations across multiple regions
  • Work closely with the Scheduling Coordinator to ensure jobs and installations run smoothly
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages, delays or operational impacts
  • Coordinate stock ordering requests through the Head of Field Execution
  • Assist with tracking equipment movements, damaged stock, write-offs and reworks
  • Liaise with branches, installers and operational teams regarding upcoming requirements
  • Assist with reporting, ensuring job information and operational updates are accurately captured
  • Maintain operational records, reporting and administrative systems
  • Identify and resolve operational issues before they impact delivery timelines
  • Assist with process improvement and general operational administration across the business


About You

You may come from an operations support, administration, logistics coordination or fast-paced clerical background and enjoy working in an environment where no two days look the same.

  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of tasks
  • Confident communicating with operational teams and field staff
  • Strong with systems, administration and clerical coordination tasks

  • Able to work collaboratively across different departments and stakeholders
