EverGen Infrastructure Corp. is Canada’s Renewable Natural Gas infrastructure platform and an established independent renewable energy producer. EverGen acquires, develops, builds, owns, and operates a portfolio of Renewable Natural Gas, waste-to-energy, and related infrastructure projects. The company is focused on Canada, with continued growth expected across other regions in North America and beyond.

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our head office team in downtown Vancouver.

The Position

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being at the center of a growing business. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly while supporting leadership and internal teams across operations, project coordination, administration, investor relations, communications, website management, grant writing, and process improvement.

This is a role for someone who likes variety, takes initiative, has a strong work ethic, and wants exposure to many aspects of how a business operates. You’ll be involved in practical energy transition projects while helping improve the systems, tools, and workflows that support a growing organization.

  • Office management

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administration.
  • Support the operations team with vendors, mail, facilities maintenance, supplies, and general office needs.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and support leadership with administrative priorities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, project updates, grant materials, and internal communications.
  • Assist with grant writing, funding applications, reporting requirements, documentation, and administration for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Update website content and assist with investor relations materials, corporate communications, and public-facing updates.
  • Support project coordination for Renewable Natural Gas, waste-to-energy, organics processing, and related infrastructure projects.
  • Help maintain project schedules, trackers, meeting minutes, action logs, document lists, and follow-up items.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, facility operators, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Assist with organizing permitting, regulatory, procurement, contract, and project documentation.
  • Use and help implement AI tools to improve workflows, document management, research, reporting, communications, scheduling, and administrative processes.
  • Support multiple workstreams across operations, projects, administration, communications, and corporate functions.
  • Support special projects across the organization.
  • Help improve internal processes, templates, systems, and workflows.
  • Maintain organized files, records, correspondence, and project documentation.
  • Pitch in wherever needed—no task is too big or too small.

You’re organized, resourceful, and enjoy making things run smoothly. You have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow through on tasks without needing constant direction. You don’t mind handling administrative work because you understand it is essential, but you’re also excited to jump into projects involving operations, communications, technology, investor relations, grants, or energy infrastructure.

You are a keen learner who enjoys developing new skills and finding better ways to work. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, keeping track of details, and supporting several workstreams at once. You ask good questions, take ownership, and bring a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to your work.

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should be curious, dependable, and willing to learn. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and become a trusted part of a small team where their contributions are visible every day.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve workflows, research, writing, reporting, scheduling, and document organization.
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, or communications.
  • Experience with website updates, digital content, or investor/corporate communications is an asset.
  • Experience supporting grant applications, funding programs, reporting, or administration is an asset.
  • Experience with project coordination, document control, scheduling, trackers, or action logs is an asset.
  • Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, practical energy transition projects, waste-to-energy, or environmental projects is an asset.
  • Practical, solutions-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
