Operations Manager

A great opportunity is available for a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to join our team managing retail centres. You will proactively supervise the day-to-day events to ensure the assets are running at their optimum with maintenance activities, capital works and tenancy delivery. The priority always will be the health and safety of all visitors and occupants, the presentation of the property and the implementation of client strategies - all being performed with minimal disruption to the tenants.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• All internal compliance procedures implemented and adhered to, including NSW Regulatory Compliance and JLL policies / procedures
• Accountable for complying with company WH&S policies and for the implementation of the safety management systems
• Establishing quality standards for the facility aimed at meeting or exceeding customer & retailer expectations
• Coaching team members one-on-one to facilitate performance improvement and personal growth
• Producing an annual budget and gaining approvals
• Providing a detailed 10 year Capex program to inform owners of long range funding requirements
• Develop and implement a strategy to minimise customer and retailer disruption during developments and capital works
• Monitoring site fitouts on a daily basis
• Provide a safe workplace for all team members, customers and visitors by regularly reviewing the workplace for hazards
• Co-ordination, control and compliance of all contracts/ service agreements and supervision of onsite contractors
• Environmental Management
• Management of Essential Services
• Prepare a Monthly Management/Operations Report

Preferably has an understanding / experience with NSW Heritage properties
