Work Week: 5 Days

Responsibilities:

• Ability to propose logical solutions as well as communicate them clearly and effectively.
• Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
• Responding to customer queries and complaints.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, digital platforms and other applications.
• Real-time tracking
• Maintain updated knowledge of brand guidelines, digital etiquette, and platform-specific requirements.
• Fast thinking individual who can create content on a variety of complaints, queries or requests.
• Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content.

Requirements:

• Team player
• 0-1 years of experience
• The ability to collect and analyse data volumes to derive the right insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
• Strong research skills
• Good time management and proficient with MS Office
• Strong grammatical knowledge and keen attention to detail
• Good knowledge about social media platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹270,000.00 per year
