OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Sound Enclosures Ltd. designs and manufactures custom steel-framed panel buildings, generator enclosures, E-Houses, and industrial noise reduction systems for customers across the oil & gas, commercial, agricultural, and industrial sectors. We are known for delivering high-quality, custom-engineered solutions backed by exceptional customer service.

We're looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and turning opportunities into long-term customers. This is a relationship-driven sales role where you'll spend your time prospecting, meeting customers, preparing quotations, and helping clients find the right acoustic and structural solutions for their projects. If you're self-motivated, organized, and driven by closing deals while providing exceptional customer service, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within industrial, commercial, and contractor markets
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into sales
• Conduct customer visits, site meetings, and sales calls throughout your territory
• Promote generator enclosures, acoustic products, E-Houses, and related solutions
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales activity within company systems
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

What you bring

Required

• Minimum 5 years of industrial, technical, or B2B outside sales experience
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales opportunities
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong computer skills and experience using CRM or ERP systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly

Preferred

• Experience selling industrial equipment, generator systems, electrical products, or engineered solutions
• Experience preparing quotations and managing multiple customer opportunities
• Knowledge of industrial construction, power generation, or manufacturing environments
