Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a capable, service driven Team Leader (Leading Hand) to supervise a pick packing team at our Operations in Homebush NSW.

Your key responsibilities as a Team Leader include:

Be the champion of team culture - motivating and driving your team to success!
Ensuring orders are packed and picked according to all appropriate procedures.
Organising production activities ensuring objectives and targets are achieved within required time frames.
Driving the WHS program, ensuring the team follow all appropriate safety systems and processes.
Collaborating with the quality department to ensure assurance and systems compliance.
Providing leadership, daily direction, and clear information for staff.

Skills and Experiences:
We are looking for an individual with the following capabilities:

Experience Pick Packing in fresh produce or similar industry.
Demonstrated experience leading a small-medium size team.
Ability to coordinate activities efficiently and effectively.
Strong team player with good communication skills, fostering a great team culture.
Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
Open to career development and progression.
Ability to work in an a rostered capacity with early morning (6am) starts.
