Join our D2C and E-commerce hub in Aarhus and support our ongoing expansion: We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our team on our journey toward new and ambitious growth targets. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth through innovation, refining existing strategies, and ensuring we deliver the best possible results every day across our brands.

YOUR TEAM
BESTSELLER’s E-commerce department operates across Aarhus and Amsterdam, supporting the entire BESTSELLER brand portfolio. You’ll join our Digital Marketing & CRM team, a diverse, open, and international environment where every day brings new and exciting challenges. YOUR ROLE
As our new Paid Social Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to support and scale our brands. You’ll take ownership of everything from strategy development to execution and reporting - all with the goal of driving exponential growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with our brands to develop effective paid social strategies across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Maximize impact through strategic planning, hands-on execution, reporting, and strong commercial insight.
  • Drive exponential growth by implementing innovation and strategies for testing and experimentation.
  • Scale best practices across brands and teams, continuously improving performance and ways of working.
  • Manage commercial partnerships with platforms like Meta and TikTok.

YOUR PROFILE
At BESTSELLER, people are key. The number one priority is that you fit the BESTSELLER culture and the team. You have deep knowledge in Paid Social Media. You are analytical, with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for analysing data to drive solutions through well-thought-out tests. To succeed in the role, you possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that make you able to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing paid social campaigns, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate and collaborate with internal teams and brand managers, driving alignment and achieving marketing objectives.
