From the team behind the Award Winning AnnaLena Restaurant (@annalenayvr) , we are looking to add a few key roles to our operation.

We are currently looking to fill part time dishwasher role. We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
• Ensure all items are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, prep area, storage area including floors, counters, and walk-in cooler
• Help in organizing kitchen supplies
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as necessary.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service in a supportive role within the kitchen team.
