This is a part time role and based between typical post office hours of: Monday-Friday 8:15am-6pm and Saturday 8:15am-1:30pm.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to deliver great customer service in our Post Office in Skerries Co Dublin.
Post Office experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training can be given.
Along with previous customer service experience, candidates should have strong communication skills and a high level of numeracy.
Your communication skills will make sure you will be available to answer any customer queries whilst ensuring that you always adhere to compliance measures.
A confident positive outlook will ensure that you can converse with a diverse customer base, enabling you to cross sell the brilliant products and services offered by An Post.
As a valued team member, you will be given full training and ongoing support. There may be some opportunities for development and career progression in the future.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
