Part-Time Receptionist – Evenings & Alternate Saturdays

Nissan of Windsor is looking for a reliable, professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

This is a limited-hours position that may be especially well suited to a student or someone looking for a small, consistent part-time schedule. Our receptionist is often the first person customers see when entering the dealership and the first person they speak with when calling, so a friendly, professional manner is important.

Schedule – Please Read Before Applying

The required schedule is:

• Two weekdays each week from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Every other Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This means approximately 7 hours in weeks without a Saturday shift and 14 hours in weeks with a Saturday shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
• Greet customers arriving at the dealership
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
• Process payments for Service customers picking up their vehicles after regular Service Department hours
• Accept sales deposits and customer down payments
• Generate and provide electronic/online payment receipts
• Perform basic cashiering and payment-processing duties accurately
• Perform light administrative duties between calls, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front reception area
• Assist with occasional basic office tasks as required

• Friendly and professional front-desk presence
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and by telephone
• Accurate and responsible when handling customer payments
• Trustworthy and able to follow established payment procedures
• Able to remain organized while handling interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Previous reception, cashiering or customer-service experience is helpful but not required

This is an entry-level position and training will be provided.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
