We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist.
Immediate availability required upon hiring.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Polite, professional, and respectful communication
- General administrative and clerical tasks
- Proficiency in phone handling and computer use
- Document filing
- Licensing assistance
- Managing inventory for both new and used vehicles
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Please note: The schedule is fixed and mandatory.
