Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Teacher or Teacher Assistant to work with small groups of Lower School (elementary age) students. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on teaching, individualized instruction, and supporting students in reaching their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and implementing lessons for small groups of students
• Provide individualized support and guidance to help students achieve academic goals
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead teachers
• Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs

Qualifications:

• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patient, flexible, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Part-time, M - F 8 AM - 11:30 AM
• Flexible scheduling may be available but mornings are required.
