La figura selezionata sarà responsabile della brigata di pasticceria supportando le attività quotidiane di produzione e servizio, contribuendo al mantenimento degli elevati standard qualitativi richiesti da un contesto di eccellenza gastronomica.
Responsabilità principali
- Preparazione di dessert al piatto, piccola pasticceria e lievitati.
- Collaborazione alle fasi di mise en place e servizio.
- Cura dell’ordine, pulizia e organizzazione della partita di pasticceria.
- Rispetto delle ricette, delle procedure operative e degli standard qualitativi del ristorante.
- Applicazione scrupolosa delle norme HACCP e di sicurezza alimentare.
- Lavoro in sinergia con il resto della brigata.
Requisiti
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in pasticceria all’interno di ristoranti gourmet, stellati o hotel di lusso.
- Forte motivazione alla crescita professionale in un contesto di alta ristorazione.
- Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e rispetto degli standard estetici e qualitativi.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire ritmi di lavoro elevati.
- Flessibilità di orari e turnazione, serietà e desiderio di apprendere.
