Pasticcere Professionista – Alta Cucina & Ristorazione Contemporanea
Descrizione:
Azabu 10 e A10 Drugstorestanno ampliando il team e cercano un/una Pasticcere con esperienza, creatività e grande attenzione al dettaglio. Cerchiamo una figura capace di lavorare all’interno di un contesto dinamico, innovativo e con una forte identità gastronomica.
Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede solide basi di pasticceria classica e moderna, capacità di sviluppo ricette, precisione tecnica e voglia di partecipare alla crescita dei nostri progetti di alta ristorazione.
Responsabilità:
- Produzione quotidiana di dessert per menu degustazione e linea del locale.
- Sviluppo di nuove ricette in collaborazione con la direzione culinaria.
- Gestione e organizzazione del laboratorio (ordini, scorte, pulizia e HACCP).
- Cura estetica e tecnica dei piatti.
- Partecipazione ai test kitchen e ai progetti speciali.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza minima di 2 anni in ristoranti di alto livello, pasticcerie o hotel di fascia alta.
- Ottime capacità organizzative e precisione.
- Creatività, curiosità e spirito di squadra.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e a seguire ritmi intensi legati alla stagione.
Offerta:
- Contratto full-time.

Retribuzione: €1.600,00 - €2.200,00 al mese
