  • Insurance & Billing Support
    • Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations.
    • Communicate insurance coverage and payment responsibilities to patients.
    • Collect co-pays, balances, and assist with billing-related questions.

  • Administrative Duties
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
    • Assist with intake forms, documentation, and patient file maintenance.
    • Support daily clinic operations including filing, faxing, and inventory of front office supplies.

  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with physical therapists and clinical staff to coordinate care plans.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and respect.
    • Take pride in your work and build strong, positive relationships with teammates.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (preferred)
  • 1+ year of front desk experience in a healthcare or physical therapy setting (preferred)
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and EMR systems.
  • Preferred candidates will have strong computer skills, including experience with Apple products and Google Workspace.
