Summary
As a Patient Care Coordinator at Apex Dental, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This position is integral to our mission of providing outstanding dental care while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments and coordinate schedules to optimize office efficiency.
- Provide administrative support by handling patient inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist patients with insurance verification and billing inquiries to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Ensure that the office environment remains welcoming and organized for all visitors.
- Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient care and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Experience in medical or dental administrative roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
- Proficiency in office management software and scheduling systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
