Gainesville Oral & Implant Surgery is growing and searching for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and the capability to quickly learn software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the friendly first point of contact for our patients, both over the phone and in person
- Schedule & confirm appointments
- Collect essential medical and insurance information during phone triage to facilitate effective patient care
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits
- Check patients in and out of the office and collect payments
- Present treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner
- Assist with other administrative and front office tasks, contributing to an organized and welcoming environment
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who is up for a challenge in a fast-paced environment with a team of health professionals dedicated to providing quality patient care and serving the greater Gainesville community.
- Hours: Monday - Thursday - 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
