Location: Cumming, Dawsonville, Alpharetta

North Atlanta ENT and Allergy is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our growing team with locations in Alpharetta, Cumming and Dawsonville. The Patient Service Representative is responsible for performing various administrative functions while facilitating patient flow during clinic hours. This position requires an extremely detail-oriented person with excellent customer service and communication skills and a strong work ethic. This position reports to the Front Office Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting all patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Using EMR software and other platforms to check patients in and out
• Promptly and professionally answers a high volume of telephone calls and route calls to the appropriate person
• Schedules patient appointments
• Collects patient insurance and files them appropriately
• Handles patients’ complaints
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-year Medical Front Office experience preferred
• 1-year ENT Practice Experience preferred but not mandatory
• 1-year customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient computer skills
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of ModMed (EMR) a plus but not required
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
