Key responsibilities include:
Support the HR team with administrative and coordination duties across the whole employment lifecycle.
Handle HR queries in a timely manner.
Prepare HR correspondence.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and exits.
Assist with ad hoc HR reporting and data analysis.
Update and maintain employee information and HR systems.
Assist with uniform orders.
Involvement in HR initiatives and projects as required.
Other reasonable duties as directed

Skills and Experiences:
Essential criteria:
Business Administration qualification and/or HR qualification.
Strong administrative skills.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment.
A high level of attention to detail.
Experience with SharePoint or other cloud-based systems.
Well-developed skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly personable and able to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Willingness to learn.
High standards of personal presentation.
Reliable and punctual.
Flexible in dealing with change.
Solutions focused.
Calm under pressure and confident.
