Now Hiring: People and Culture (HR) Generalist – Healthcare $60,000 to $65,000

Total Care Services, Inc. is seeking a People and Culture (HR) Generalist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic who is eager to first learn about our organization, enhance existing processes, and grow professionally.

What You’ll Do:

As a People and Culture (HR) Generalist, you will assist with credentialing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR operations. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and effectively.

Credentialing & Compliance – Maintain accurate records, assist with licensing and accreditation requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Employee Relations – Provide policy guidance, assist with conflict resolution, and support investigations.
Compensation & Benefits – Assist in salary structures, pay adjustments, and benefits administration.
HR Operations & Compliance – Maintain employee records, assist in audits, and support leave management processes.
Continuous Learning & Growth – Learn and adapt to our organization's unique HR policies and contribute to improvements over time.

Eager to Learn & Grow – You want to first learn and then help with the enhancement existing processes and develop within the organization.
Strong Communicator – You can explain policies and assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
Healthcare HR Experience Preferred – Familiarity with credentialing, compliance, and HR policies is a plus!

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✔ 4+ years of HR experience in healthcare or a regulated industry.
✔ Knowledge of HR laws, credentialing, compensation, and benefits administration.
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
✔ Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) required.
✔ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
✔ Experienced in leading digitizing physical personnel records, including scanning, naming, and organizing files into a structured electronic filing system or HRIS platform.
✔ Proven ability to lead and support employee engagement initiatives that drive culture, retention, and organizational performance.
✔ Skilled in developing, distributing, and analyzing employee surveys to gather actionable insights and improve workplace experience.
✔ Strong command of HR metrics and analytics to monitor trends, measure effectiveness of HR programs, and support data-driven decision-making.

Work Environment: This is an In Office position five (5) days a week.

Work Schedule: 8:30am- 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
