Do you have proven experience partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy and business performance? Are you passionate about enabling high-performing teams through strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and organizational transformation?As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the people strategy that enables the execution of financial, operational, and strategic business objectives across SHL's Digital function. Working as part of the Global People Business Partnering team, you will partner closely with senior leaders to attract, retain, engage, and develop talent while embedding SHL's values and ways of working across the organization.

What you will be doing:
- Lead the People agenda for the Digital Team, ensuring alignment with the global SHL People Plan and business objectives while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, including organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and the development of high-performing, engaged teams.
- Shape talent strategies through talent planning, succession management, retention initiatives, leadership development, and performance management to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and HR best practices, supporting leaders on complex people matters while ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Leverage people analytics and governance to drive informed decision-making, implement global people initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
- Experience developing and implementing HR strategies within complex, global organizations.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Delivers impactful people initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and build strong stakeholder relationships across diverse regions and cultures.
- Data-driven, collaborative professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting global Technology organizations.
- Familiarity with HR systems and people analytics tools.
- Experience working within a matrixed, multinational organization.
- Knowledge of multiple regional employment law frameworks.
