Description:
The impact you’ll make:
  • Be the trusted on-site People & Culture contact, helping leaders and team members work through day-to-day people questions and issues.
  • Keep recruitment, onboarding and staff movements running smoothly so crews stay staffed and the operation can perform at its best.
  • Support leaders to handle performance, attendance and behaviour conversations in a fair, consistent and process-aligned way.
  • Coordinate and document investigations and disciplinaries so decisions are well recorded and we can stand behind how issues are managed.
  • Help deliver People & Culture activities and communications across the site so team members feel informed, supported and connected.
  • Maintain accurate people data and records in our systems, making it easier to report, spot trends and support site leadership.
Skills and Experiences:
You’ll bring the passion and:
  • Clear, down-to-earth communication, with the ability to connect with different people across the site.
  • Experience in People & Culture, HR or a similar role, or relevant Certificate IV / Diploma qualifications.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work closely with supervisors and managers.
  • Solid organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities and keep on top of the detail.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when it comes to documentation, data and follow-through.
  • A calm, steady approach to issues, with the ability to stick to process even when things are busy.
